Bodywork with Kāhea logo

Restorative bodywork, rooted in aloha. Every session is blended around what your body needs that day.

Every session starts as a conversation with your body.

The Approach

Blended around what you need, not a fixed menu.

I work in medium to firm pressure as a base, then bring in other modalities as they're called for. What that looks like on your table:

Lomilomi & Intuitive Bodywork

A traditional Hawaiian approach that treats the body as a whole, trusting its own ability to heal. My niche is tracing where emotions or patterns get stuck and show up as physical tension, then working with that connection directly.

Therapeutic Massage

Medium to firm pressure, adjusted to what your body can take that day.

Cupping

Decompression work. Negative pressure increases circulation, supports fluid exchange, and helps loosen adhesions and restrictions.

Hot Stones

Heat to soften muscle and slow the whole session down.

Dolphin Neurostim

Microcurrent point stimulation on acupuncture points, and vagus nerve stimulation to support your parasympathetic, rest-and-digest, nervous system.
