The Intuitive Call
A service of Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC. Effective Date: July 14, 2026. By booking a session or purchasing a product through The Intuitive Call, a service of Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of Services
All services provided by The Intuitive Call are intended for spiritual guidance and personal insight only. These services are interpretive and subjective in nature and are not a substitute for professional advice or care from a licensed medical, legal, psychological, or financial provider. No specific outcome, result, or prediction is guaranteed.

2. Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that intuitive readings, tarot, and mediumship services are interpretive practices, not verifiable or scientific in nature. By booking a session, you voluntarily choose to receive these services with this understanding, and you assume all risk associated with any decisions made based on information received during a session.

3. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for their own life choices, actions, and decisions following any session or service. By booking, you agree that the Company, Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC, and Diane Kahealani Rivera individually shall not be held liable for any consequences or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

4. Eligibility
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent.

5. Confidentiality
All client sessions are held in strict confidence. Information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, or unless disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to the client or another person.

6. Session Policies
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please email TheIntuitiveCall@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Late arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund.

7. Flower Essence Products
Our flower essences are natural energetic remedies. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Venmo). We do not store your payment details.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company, Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC, and Diane Kahealani Rivera arising out of or related to any session or product shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC, and Diane Kahealani Rivera from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of our services, products, or website content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Use of Website & Content
All content on this website, including graphics, text, and digital materials, is the property of Kahealani Integrative Wellness LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii. 13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting TheIntuitiveCall@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any formal legal action, except where a party seeks injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.

14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
